Working with Little Church Organic Farm, only a few miles away, Bottega produces local and organic produce, sustaining organic agricultural practices. The Little Church Organic Farm works hard to grow food in a manner that contributes, maintains and improves a healthy environment and community. Environmental Commitment
Bottega is committed to growing greener. We use eco-friendly products wherever possible, from serving utensils to cleaning products. In our sincerest efforts to serve our guests, we also wish to pursue initiatives that better serve the environment. We have instituted water-efficient shower heads, low-flow toilet valves, compact fluorescent lights where possible, and recycling receptacles. We do ask our guests to kindly participate in the water conservation efforts by reusing linens when possible.
